Whew.. what was all that fuss that was created about the jewellery predictions of the 2014 Golden Globes when actually it all came to nothing.

Well lets bank that and move forward until the next Red Carpet event in the upcoming weeks.We can however safely say that Sofia Vergara looked outstanding in her Lorraine Schwartz Turqouise collar. She is fabulously sexy and looked incredible.Well done Sofia.

Guilana Rancini disappointed as once again she wore the same Forevermark million dollar diamond ring she wore at the 2013 Oscars. Surely with her klout she could have pulled some rank.

So what do we average “Joe Soaps “have to look forward to this year  considering we’re not getting invited to walk ” the Carpet” and with certainty I an sure not too many of us will be walking around with a $5million dollar Bulgari piece hanging around our neck or Tiffany earrings  dangling from our ears, to brag about.

What I do know for sure what we have to look forward to are beautiful summer sunsets here in our gem of a city Cape Town, drinking ice cold Chardonnay around the pool, music concerts in  beautiful Kirstenbosch Gardens, cycling along our many mountain bike routes, running through one of the many forest trails and long walks on our pristine beaches, this is just a few of the precious moments us  average “Joe Soaps” can look forward too.
