Infacet Jewellers Cape Town

Infacet Jewellers was founded in 2005, when jewellery designer, Janine Moore and marketing guru Brigitte Jenkinson broke away from the commercial industry and joined forces in Cape Town to start their own personalised diamond and jewellery business. Together, over the past 13 years we have slowly grown a loyal clientele, designing and manufacturing custom-made jewellery to mark the special occasions in their lives. Diamonds and jewellery may be in their blood, but both believe in living a balanced life – combining a strong work ethic with their love for spending time either mountain biking, running or playing hockey.

The creative behind Infacet’s exquisite jewellery design, Janine, studied a BA in Fine Arts at the University of Stellenbosch near Cape Town. Janine then specialised in jewellery design before joining Jewel Africa where she met Brigitte. With a head for business and personality to go along with it, Brigitte left her 5 year career with Jewel Africa to team up with Janine and so Infacet Jewellers was created.

From humble beginnings, the two ‘Diamond Girls’ set up an office at the then Clock Tower in the Waterfront. After a couple of years working from an office and on an appointment basis only, Brigitte and Janine decided to open a store in Newlands, situated in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This proved to be quite a challenge especially in the climate of the 2009 recession. This did not dampen these two feisty business women’s determination and spirit who then decided to return to their old format of working from a private suite on an appointment basis in the city. Infacet Jewellers Cape Town has grown over the past 13 years into a thriving business with an unwavering and very loyal client base.

With over 30 years’ experience in the diamond industry between them, Brigitte and Janine fondly have become known as ‘The Diamond Girls’ with their customers. Some of our most supportive of which included sports stars from travelling international rugby, cricket and other sporting codes from around the world – a few of whom can be spotted on our Instagram and Facebook pages (we will link to both pages). The Diamond Girls are known in these circles for their strong relationships with many sportsmen and women, as well as assisting many local South African couples who might be thinking about that special bespoke engagement or wedding ring.

Our Location

As custom jewellers Cape Town, our offices can be found in the heart of the Mother City in Buitengracht Street, Cape Town just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the infamous Bree Street known for its quaint restaurants and bars. Our city centre location is within walking distance of the CTICC and a short drive from the V&A Waterfront and the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay. Our private suite on the 6th floor is a convenient and discreet setting to discuss your jewellery concerns.
